How did you get started in the mattress industry?
Since 2007, our team has been creating innovative sleep materials. We wanted to create a superior foam for mattresses than traditional memory foam. We began a three-year-long process of research and development that resulted in a new temperature neutral pressure relief foam. This foam is more comfortable than memory foam and offers better pressure relief.
Who was responsible for Nolah’s rise to the heights it is today?
This was a team effort, there is no doubt. To create our foam, our team of material scientists worked closely with the largest foam manufacturers in America. The innovative cooling foam that we use today in our mattresses wouldn’t be possible without close collaboration between our team members and our manufacturing partner. It would have been impossible to provide the comfort benefits of sleeping cooler and better pressure relief on an all foam mattress.

What is Nolah’s goal in providing a great night’s sleep?
Nolahs goal to offer the best sleep possible is to make it as comfortable, painless and as pain-free as possible. Pressure points are a common complaint among people. We have worked hard to address this issue. Nolah mattresses are cool and comfortable. They gently hug your body’s curves without creating pressure points.
What is the unique thing about Nolah’s contribution to the industry?
Our unique cooling AirFoam program and our wildlife adoption program are two things that make us different in the mattress industry. Most online mattress brands use traditional memory foam, which is hot and causes pressure points. Our cooling AirFoam does not contain heat-trapping viscoelastic memories foam chemicals that trap heat and store it during sleep. These chemicals are completely eliminated from our foam, which creates cooler, more comfortable sleep.
Which innovations are you most excited about for the industry over the next two years?
There are new types of foam materials available for mattresses. It is taking a lot of effort to replace traditional memory foam with better and more innovative materials. We expect many new materials to be on the market in the next few years, and that memory foam will continue its decline.
Are we to expect any big news from Nolah soon?
Yes, we are working on two new products. The first is a foam innovation, and the second is a digital product. The market will have the best foam, and the digital product will make it easier for customers to buy mattresses online.
