As I said, you can adjust the firmness of your mattress to suit your needs. This means that you will end up with a number between 1 and 100. This number is known as your Sleep Number. A Sleep Setting of 1 is extremely soft, while 100 feels like you’re sleeping on a bed. The average person has a Sleep Number of 30-60.
Sleep Numbers Firmness Control System includes the pump, remote, and air hoses. If you have a queen-sized or larger bed, you will have two separate air chambers. You and your partner can adjust each one to your preference. You can choose whether you want your bed to have one or both air chambers if your model is Double-sized. The mattress cover will have a zipper opening that allows for the hose to pass through. This connects to the air chamber. The hose is kept safely inside the mattress and can be accessed through the zippered opening.
Your Sleep Number setting can be purchased at any retail location or at your home. Here are some steps to follow if you’re trying to find it at home.

The c2 mattress does not include a foam mattress pad. All other Sleep Number mattresses have a Comfort Foam layer. It has a soft fiberfill that is sewn into a thin layer above the air chambers. This option is great for side sleepers and people who like firm beds. The bed was well-received by reviewers who felt it did a great job in relieving back pain through providing firm and ample support. Some people were pleased with the bed’s longevity, while others appreciated the lower price (they start at).
The c2 comes with a Core Line 25-year Limited Warranty. This means that any damage to the mattress due to manufacturing defects or other material issues will be covered by Sleep number for the first two year. Based on the type and extent of damage, a portion of the cost of replacing or refunding the cost of the bed will be covered up to 25 years.
The Sleep Number c4 Mattress:
The c4 model is very similar to the c2. This mattress has an extra comfort layer that contours to the body. The mattress is slightly thicker than the C2 (20 cm vs 25 cm). It also has special technological integrations that make it compatible to SleepIQ technology. This technology records and monitors your sleeping activity using sensors in your mattress. These sensors track heart rate, movement, and other parameters. However, this feature can be purchased separately.
A few people felt that the c4 offered good back and hip support. However, they wish the comfort layer was thicker. Although this bed isn’t as firm as the c2, it is still very hard. The 360 i7 will feel similar to memory foam mattresses. The Loom & Leaf mattress has a similar profile, with medium-to soft firmness and a focus on pressure relief. Bear mattress is another good option. It is firmer and better at temperature regulation, keeping you from overheating.
