Today’s short series continues on the online mattress shops of Soho. Part 2 of my online mattress Mecca trip was a visit at Nest Beddings’ newest store. (see Part 1, Leesas Dream Gallery here).
Nest Bedding is a unique mattress company. Nest began selling off-line through a small network of stores mainly in California. Nest has been around for a few years.They have grown quickly and are now a major online brand in the mattress industry.
Nest Bedding Soho Experience
Nest Beddings’ newest Soho location had a similar design and experience as other Nest Bedding stores. The store features anOpen feel with vaulted ceilings and all-white walls.Although the decor is subtle and simple, it really brightens up the store.
The Nest Bedding front desk greets you upon entering the store. You will find the Alexander Hybrid, Alexander Hybrid, Love Bed and Alexander Hybrid in a larger space if you shuffle around the main entrance.

My experience in the store as a mattress blogger and sleep blogger was likely a little different. While I was there, I had the opportunity to see Nest Bedding’s sleep consultant assist several customers. Although the store’s face value may be similar to traditional mattress stores in certain ways, the sales approach was very different. Daniel, SoHo’s store manager, treated customers as if he were helping his friends.Asking more questions and explaining the differences between each mattress is better than telling and selling.

My first mattress shopping experience was in an old-fashioned store. The salesman was there from the moment we entered the store. Although I felt that I was being guided to the perfect mattress, I never felt like I really understood the products. This is a great area where Nests has made a difference.
Nest Beddings also has a basement that is a good size. You will find adjustable bases as well as a few other mattresses that can be tested in the basement.

The following are the highlightsOver 50 mattresses have been my home for the past 2 years.. Nearly all the mattresses available online have laid on my bed frame at one time. In the 2 years that I have been testing mattresses online, I’ve seen many different designs, materials, as well as their overall performance.
