TheHelix SleepThe Soho showroom is in a simple building. It has no fancy decor or bright lights, but a simple entrance and an elevator to the fourth floor. You can find it hereThe hallway ends with a simple wooden door and a small brass plaque that reads Helix Sleep.
The door leads to the Helix showroom and their main office. The Helix customer service and marketing team works from several rows of desks, including those shared by the three co-founders.

The showroom section is located towards the back of the office. The showroom includes a queen-sized bed, a computer and tall cabinets with various mattress materials. The showroom is identical to the Helix online experience.The personalization quiz is the first step to creating your Helix mattress.. This quiz is quick and easy and will help Helix to understand which materials, layers, or firmnesses are best for him.
