GET IT ON TIRE MOUNTING CHALLENGESEPT 21
Hutchinson Tires North America announced the dates of the second annual Get It On Tire mounting Challenge. Outdoor Demo will host this popular Interbike event, where participants can test their mountain bike tire mounting skills. It will take place on Monday and Tuesday September 26th and 27th.
Outdoor Demo participants and vendors who wish to participate in the event should visit the Hutchinson booth on Monday between 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. to submit their qualifying times. The finals will be held Tuesday, 12 noon. Richard Fries, Cross’s voice and well-known OLN commentator, will be available Tuesday to take the call.
Last year’s Challenge attracted large crowds. The competition was fierce and the winners took home amazing prizes, including iPods for top three quick changers. If the winner breaks the one-minute barrier, a special prize is offered.
Who is the tire changer with the fastest time? Hutchinson lost the results so no one knows. Contact us if you know who this person is. We will give you the time and the secrets of tire changing speed that it took to do it so fast. We will then give you props and blast your name on mbaction.
You can beat it for the rest of us. You will be world famous, even if it is only for two days at Bootleg canyon. You might be able to send us the results, if you zerox them.
The Interbike International Bicycle Expo will be held September 28-30 at Sands Convention Center, Las Vegas, NV. Interbike Outdoor Demo will be September 26-27 at Bootleg canyon in Boulder City.
